BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Welcome to A Touch of Paris. Please read this policy carefully before requesting an appointment. By booking, you agree to all terms outlined below.

APPOINTMENT REQUEST & CONFIRMATION
• All appointments must be requested through our website.
• Appointments are NOT confirmed until you receive an official approval and confirmation.

DEPOSITS
• A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% of the service total is required to secure your appointment.
• Deposits are applied toward your final balance.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Deposits are NON-TRANSFERABLE after rescheduling more than two (2) times from the original booking date.
• After two reschedules, a new deposit will be required.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY (STRICTLY ENFORCED)
We operate on a scheduled, appointment-only basis. Your time is reserved exclusively for you.
• You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 HOURS PRIOR to your scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance will retain their deposit for a future appointment.
ANY CANCELLATION MADE LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
• Your deposit will be FORFEITED
• No exceptions
This policy is firm and strictly enforced to protect our team’s time and other clients waiting for availability.

• Failure to show up for your appointment will result in:
• Immediate forfeiture of your deposit
• Permanent refusal of future bookings

• Remaining balances may be paid via cash or card
• All card payments are subject to a 2.6% processing fee
